Tell us a bit about yourself and what you do?

I’m Swedish and married to a Spanish husband. We moved to the island from Stockholm with our two girls almost seven years ago. I am a breathwork guide, yoga teacher and reiki master offering classes and sessions both on the island (at Livingroom in Santa Catalina @liviningroom.art) and online.

Instagram worth following?

I really love my friend Abbie Ting’s account (@abbieting.me) – such a nice mix of family and business related content with beautiful images of the island.

Favourite place to swim?

All places that offer clear, crystal blue waters from where I can jump into from a cliff.

Favourite restaurant?

Sauvage Food & Wine in Establiments and Es Taller in Valldemossa. Toque de Queda in the old town is also a go-to.

Favourite bar, cafe or bakery?

My local bar Ca’n Sito in Son Espanyolet. I also like Boski for coffee and brunch.

Who is making a product we should know about?

My friend Patricia, who is a Chinese doctor, has created herb tinctures for different purposes that I really like. Check out @ortriketherbs where Patricia also generously shares her knowledge about health and Chinese medicine.

Best month of the year on Mallorca?

Nowadays I think I pick September. Still summer, the sea is warm and it’s lovely to come back into the everyday life routine.

What is your favourite town in Mallorca?

I have many, but Esporles will always have a special place in my heart as I got married there.

What is your favourite hotel on the island?

I have not stayed in that many hotels in Mallorca, but already a favorite without having stayed there yet (only had lunch) is Cap Rocat. Another one is Son Boronat near Calvia, where I will host a retreat – it is such a beautiful place and I love being near mountains.

What is one other secret/great tip about Mallorca that you'd like to share with our readers?

To watch the sunset from one of the cliffs near Banyalbufar after having taken a dip in the sea.
