Tell us a bit about yourself and what you do?

I’m a yoga teacher, facilitating transformational and joyful yoga retreats and teacher trainings all around the world. I’m based here on beautiful Mallorca and teach privately from my home where we have a wonderful yoga space immersed in nature. I feel so lucky to get to call this magical island home. I’m excited for all the community offerings, retreats and trainings we have in the pipeline! Including Mallorca!

Instagram worth following?

I love astrology for artists which is a wonderful hub of inspiration and insight on everything happening in the skies and how it may effect us.

Favourite place to swim?

It depends on the time of year. We are winter swimmers too. Es Carbo in the summer first thing in the morning or a swimming spot near our home which doesn’t have a name.

Favourite restaurant?

The 8 course plant based tasting menu at Cal Reiet is incredible. I love Botanic in Palma. Being veggie means the traditional local places aren’t so great for us unfortunately.

Favourite bar, cafe or bakery?

S’embat on Monday nights by Es trenc for dancing under the stars!

Who is making a product we should know about?

Wunder workshop, medicinal mushrooms and herbal elixirs based here on the island.

Best month of the year on Mallorca?

 November!

What is your favourite town in Mallorca?

I love S’arraco.

What is your favourite hotel on the island?

Hotel Corazon is beautiful and the thermal spa at Fontsanta near Es Trenc is by far the best on the island! (In my opinion) There are many thermal pools, baths, a sauna and ice room and then the best bit; the water beds for final relaxation. It’s so beautiful and doesn’t feel like a hotel. It feels like a spa first and foremost.

What is one other secret/great tip about Mallorca that you'd like to share with our readers?

Boats! No secret of course! But life at sea here is so special. Last summer I got to experience sleeping under the stars in paradisal coves with no one else around. It was one of the most incredible experiences of my life!
